Why source it from Korea?
Avante is the highest-volume Korean compact sedan, which means deepest sourcing pool, best dealer competition on price, and consistent inventory at every age band from 1-year-old to 5-year-old. Hybrid trims are particularly common.

From Korea to your driveway: how it works
Every Hyundai Avante (Elantra) sourced through KUC starts on Encar (Korea's largest used-car marketplace) or KB ChaChaCha. KUC's vetted Korean partners visit the dealer in person, physically inspect the car against the listing, photograph anything the listing missed, and verify VIN match and that the vehicle carries no active loan or lien. All of this happens before any money is transferred.
Once the purchase is agreed, Korean export documentation (말소등록) is filed and the car moves to the bonded yard at Incheon or Pyeongtaek. Ocean freight to the nearest port to your destination (Jeddah, Jebel Ali, Aqaba, Doha, Sokhna, or Salalah) typically takes 18–28 days depending on shipping mode (RoRo or container). Sea freight + marine insurance are bundled into the all-in price KUC's calculator quotes.
On arrival, KUC's destination partner clears customs and pays the duties on your behalf (customs duty + VAT + port handling). The car is then handed off to your local registration office where you receive plates and local insurance. Full timeline from purchase confirmation to plates: 6–8 weeks.
What the all-in price covers — and what it doesn't
The price KUC's calculator returns for any Korean Hyundai Avante (Elantra) bundles: dealer price in Korea, pre-purchase physical inspection, Korean export documentation, ocean freight to the nearest port to your destination, marine insurance, destination port handling, customs duty, VAT (or equivalent), final clearance, and KUC's service fee. That number is locked once an order is confirmed — subsequent FX moves don't change your invoice.
What's not included: local registration, plates, and insurance once the car is in your name (varies by country, emirate, and vehicle age). Optional post-delivery add-ons like ceramic coating, Gulf-spec window tint, or aircon upgrades. These items are optional and happen at destination, not in Korea. Our destination partners in each country can arrange them at local-market rates if requested.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Avante N a real performance car?
- Yes — the Avante N (Elantra N internationally) packs a 2.0T 280hp engine, 6-speed manual or 8-speed DCT, electronic LSD, and a chassis tuned at the Nürburgring. Korean-market N inventory is small but does ship for export when buyers ask specifically.
